Stephen holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a member of PMI (Global and Ghana Chapter). He has worked with Taysec Ghana, LMI Holdings and Clifton Homes. 

Richard holds a BSc. Admin from the University of Ghana Business School , he is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He has worked with ADB, Energy Bank, IC Securities, Airtel Ghana and Tullow Oil. He currently holds an MBA from Dukes University and currently works with Boston Consulting Group (BCG-USA).

Frederick is responsible for executing all initial Project Costing/Budgeting for grande McCoy. He holds an MSc. in Construction Management. He is also a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and PMI Ghana. He has worked with UT Properties, Landsar Construction Ltd and West African Genetic Medicine Centre (WAGMC) as a Project Manager.

Bernadette is a Civil Engineer with a specialization in Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation. She currently works as a consultant with the international Water Management Institute 

(IWMI) and also a Phd research fellow at the Regional Water and Environmental Sanitation Center, Kumasi (RWESCK).
